Who is Mariusz Pudzianowski, a strongman?
Polish-born Mariusz Zbigniew Pudzianowski was born in February 1977. At the age of 13, he started weightlifting under his father’s guidance.
But Pudzianowski also learned karate, boxing, and rugby while still in his teens.
He ultimately made the decision to pursue a career in powerlifting and finished fourth in his 2000 World’s Strongest Man debut.
Pudzianowski later served a brief prison sentence for fighting a local mafia boss, but when he later competed in the strongman competition in 2002, he won.
How many times was Mariusz Pudzianowski the strongest man in the world?
Pudzianowski won five World’s Strongest Man titles over the course of his career as a strongman, which is a record.
He previously acknowledged that while training for his MMA matches, he doesn’t follow any kind of diet and frequently indulge in chocolate and ice cream.
During an appearance on The MMA Hour, Pudzianowski stated, “I don’t have any particular kind of diet.”
I simply consume everything. I can consume two cartons of milk and thirty bars of chocolate. In bed, I could consume five pounds of ice cream.
“I eat whenever I want, whatever I want, and I always have these incredible muscles on my body.”
I have never been on a diet, he continued. You have to work out a lot as well, but I eat mostly Polish food. To look like this, you have to train consistently every day for many years.
“Six days a week slowly and methodically. a morning warm-up lasting an hour.”
“After jogging, spend an hour and a half doing structured training.”
What other competitions has Mariusz Pudzianowski won?
In addition, Pudzianowski won seven titles in Poland’s Strongest Man competition and six in Europe’s Strongest Man.
He quit powerlifting to pursue a career in mixed martial arts after winning numerous trophies and titles.
