The leader of the Republican party received criticism online for his remarks. He received criticism from several users for vying to be Donald Trump’s running mate.
One commenter said, “Awesome call our. I didn’t watch it, but damn it if Trump didn’t win despite not being there in person.”
“Vivek Ramaswamy pulled a Melania tonight and used a well-known Obama speech as his own. He spent the entire evening giving Trump’s VP auditions, only to have Nikki Haley discredit him in the #GOPDebate,” another user wrote.
The young Republican contender Vivek Ramaswamy took center stage during the heated GOP debate in Milwaukee. He is the youngest candidate in the race. Their main goal was to distinguish themselves from their rivals and gain momentum in their campaign against former U.S. President Donald Trump as they traded verbal barbs and participated in heated debates.
But despite the criticism, Ramaswamy stood firm on a number of issues, for which he received praise online. When asked which of the eight candidates would pardon Donald Trump if elected U.S. President during the debate, Vivek Ramaswamy was the first to raise his hand; the other contenders soon followed suit.
Ramaswamy charged the Biden administration with wrongly framing Trump and made allegations against them. He continued by saying that he thought Trump was the best president of the twenty-first century. “If people at home want to watch a group of people blindly criticize Trump, they can just flip the channel and watch MSNBC right now,” he said. However, I’m not seeking the presidency of MSNBC; rather, I’m seeking that of the United States.
