Authorities said on Monday that Chloe Campbell, who vanished after a high school football game, is now reunited with her family.
The 14-year-old, who is from Boulder, Colorado, was discovered at a residence in Thornton, which is about 30 minutes away, according to a statement released by the Boulder Police Department on its website.
“Chloe’s whereabouts and what happened while she was apart from her family are still being investigated, despite the fact that investigators still think she ran away. In order to facilitate a thorough investigation, some information is being suppressed at this time “police reported.

Her father reported her missing on October 1 and it launched a nationwide search, according to Redfearn. Because “Boulder Police had no information to imply that an abduction had happened,” he said, “Amber Alert was not issued.”
If Chloe was still gone after Monday, they intended to issue a missing and endangered person alert.
“There are indications that considerable steps were being taken by Chloe to avoid contact from law enforcement as well as her family,” Redfearn added. “We, however, had indications that she was alive throughout the week. Police are relieved that she has been located.”
“We have no belief at this time that she was held against her will,” he later said, noting that she did not have any “readily noticeable injuries” when she was located.
“She looked injured and unwell,” her father told the station.
According to Redfearn, officials were directed to Chloe by new information they learned and the local police’s cooperation with the FBI.
She is currently being evaluated by a doctor while with her parents.
After the high school football game, Chloe didn’t come home, so her parents, Jessica and David, started putting up flyers around the neighbourhood.
The pair revealed to CBS News Colorado that they obtained Chloe’s picture from an unnamed source.
The parents feared their daughter may have been trafficked or is being held against her will. Her mother had a message for her daughter: “Chloe, honey, we love you so much. You are not in trouble,” Jessica said. “If you can come home, please do; and if you can’t, we will not stop until we find you.”
