Days after going missing, a teen was spotted in a terrifying photo sent to her parents appearing “damaged and unwell.”
Chloe Campbell, 14, vanished on September 30 while attending a football game at Boulder High School in Colorado.
According to witnesses, she was with two older males as she left the game, her dad David told CBS Colorado.
He added: “Older men. Too old to be in high school.”
Chloe was allegedly “intoxicated” while she was strolling along the Boulder Creek Trail, according to some reports.
More than a week after being missing, the adolescent has still not been located.
According to KDVR, David claimed to have received an anonymous photo of Chloe that appeared to be “unwell and damaged.”
He said: “The communications that we’ve received through third parties that purport to be Chloe originate in a Snapchat handle that we’re not familiar with.”
Chloe disappeared without a trace and, according to reports, hasn’t been in touch with any of her relatives.
David informed KDVR that according to some of Chloe’s friends, she is secure and residing with a family in Arizona.
