A social media influencer has joined the Bud Light boycott by shooting at beer cases while stating firms that “Go Woke, Go Broke.”
Bri Teresi, a model and social media influencer, posted a video of herself protesting the three corporations by shooting a table full of Bud Light cans and Tampax Tampons lined up in front of Honey Birdette lingerie.
Teresi yelled, “Go Woke, Go Broke,” before venting her rage at the items on an improvised table atop two barrels.
“I’m shooting at Honey Birdette lingerie, Tampax tampons & Budlight. These companies have all gone woke!” Teresi said in a reply to her original video. “Tampax tampons used a biological male to promote their tampons. Honey Birdette used a biological male to model their lingerie. & y’all know about Bud Light.”
Teresi was referring to Bud Light’s contentious collaboration with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, who received a customised can featuring her face for the March Madness commercial.
The model, who has over a million Instagram and Twitter followers, has been outspoken against firms which use non-biological women to promote items aimed largely at women.
Teresi, who has previously modelled for Honey Birdette, rebuked the luxury lingerie business earlier this month and refused to appear for it again after it published an ad depicting a male model wearing a three-piece pair of their high-end knickers.
“I was definitely surprised when Honey Birdette decided to post this image of a biological male modeling women’s lingerie,” Teresi told Fox Business earlier this week. “When I saw this I was infuriated because I knew a woman had been robbed of the opportunity and a job and I find it absolutely hysterical that this brand claims to be ‘by women, for women’ yet is robbing women of opportunities.”

Teresi joins other celebrities and politicians in publicly criticising Bud Light following its contentious connection with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced the release of “Real Women of Politics” koozies on Monday.
“Real women don’t have to fake it,” the former White House press secretary said in a statement accompanying the ad’s debut.
Kid Rock was one of the first prominent individuals to oppose the beer’s advertising campaign, lined up and firing at multiple cases of Bud Light.
Country singer Travis Tritt joined Rock in his complaints, stating that he would “delete all Anheuser-Busch products from my tour hospitality rider.”
Following the initial response, two key executives of Bud Light were placed on leave, while “Ultra Right Beer” was predicted to sell $1 million in its first 12 days of business.
