According to Abbie Quinnen, she saw her ex-boyfriend AJ Pritchard texting another woman, which led to their breakup.
The singer, 25, revealed in a surprising new interview that she and the dancer, 27, were talking about getting married just days after he broke their engagement.
The model and influencer Zara Zoffany, 27, and AJ were reportedly seen together earlier this week, according to The Sun.
Abbie, who was distraught, reportedly told the magazine: “My life has crumbled, and I’m absolutely sad.”
After everything I went through with him, I believed we would be together forever, but AJ isn’t who I thought he was.
He finished everything and lacked any emotion. He declared to me that he no longer loved and desired to be with me.
Everything was routine up until AJ travelled to South America last month to film an episode of the Channel 5 reality series The Challenge, in which he competes alongside Zara.
She said how, for the first portion of the trip, everything appeared to be going well between them; they even made video conversations, but then he had his phone taken away so that they could film the show.
She described how he “seemed extremely distracted and changed” when he eventually got his phone back.
After seeing Ferne McCann get engaged on her TV show, AJ went back home and the two talked about proposals.
But then Abbie saw he was talking on the phone a lot to a person he was on the show with and that he “got cold on her” when she questioned him.
A few days later, he called it quits on their relationship since he no longer loved or desired her.
Abbie has now said that the breakup “hurts too much” and that she feels like she “doesn’t even know him anymore.”
According to reports, AJ is currently dating model and influencer Zara. Pictures acquired by The Sun show the couple yesterday near her home after they partied at the London hotspot Annabel’s on Friday.
MailOnline has gotten in touch with AJ’s representatives for comment.
Abbie gave AJ a heartfelt tribute earlier this month and thanked him for his support as she healed from second- and third-degree burns in an exclusive interview with MailOnline.
The dancer required three skin grafts following a YouTube video shoot gone catastrophically wrong on January 19, 2021, when a wine bottle exploded and caught fire to her hair and outfit.
She stated, “I can’t thank people at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital enough,” in a statement to MailOnline. In all honesty, AJ is the best since he has accompanied me to every single visit and is always there holding my hand.
“I should be seeing him tonight, but I haven’t seen him in a while.” He’s been abroad filming something fantastic, but I can’t tell you what it is since it’s top secret.
